The LG Health helps you manage your health and maintain good exercise habits by tracking logs and
competing with people.
1. Tap > once on the Home screen, slide the screen to the far left, until you reach the last Home
screen > LG HEALTH.
2. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
3. On the Profile and goal page, enter your profile information and tap Save.
4. Use the options below to begin tracking activity.
