! Note: the magnet is easy to brittle, do
not drop the magnet or with any hard objects
percussion. Replace the damaged magnet or
filter.
Clean the inhalation filter and magnetic filter with a clean
and nonflammable solvent, clean the magnet with cloth or
bristles;
Install the magnetic filter, suction filter and the inspection
board. Check the board to install the bolt tightening
torque of28 ± 7N • m;
Use the recommended transmission oil and fill the amount.
Clean the vent plug
Remove the vent plug；
Clean the vent plug with a clean,
nonflammable solvent and dry the vent plug;
(3) Install the vent plug with a tightening torque of 35 ± 3N •
m.
Maintenance cycle
When the vehicle is working in a harsh environment and the
vehicle mileage (time) exceeds the compulsory maintenance
cycle, the gearbox should be replaced every 12000km
(3000h)
