oil into the container. Replace the drain plug with a
tightening torque of 18 ±
3.5 N • m;
Remove the transmission oil filter housing. Discard the filter
used in the shell. Remove the filter when there will be
residual oil discharge, the oil discharged into the container;
Check the seal on the filter housing, if damaged, replace the
new seal;
Insert the new filter cartridge into the housing;
Load the filter housing and the new filter cartridge into the
filter holder. The filter housing tightening torque is 55 ± 5N •
m. Do not use pneumatic wrenches to tighten;
Refuel the gearbox.
Clean the magnetic filter
(1) Remove the oil drain plug at the bottom of the
transmission and discharge the oil into the container;
(2) After emptying the oil in the transmission, clean and
replace the drain plug, the drain plug tightening torque is 35
± 3.5N • m;
(3) Remove the 3 bolts for mounting the cover plate;
(4) remove the suction filter, remove the magnetic filter;

! Note: When removing the inspection
panel, there may be a transmission oil flowing
out of the oil pan. Place the container under
its oil.
