! Note: If the user needs to replace the
oil, you need to first remove the oil in the
transmission, including tubing and oil cooler
in the oil.
Replace the transmission oil
(1) Remove the drain plug from the bottom of the
transmission so that the transmission oil is discharged into
the appropriate container;
(2) discharge the oil in the transmission, clean and install the
drain plug, drain plug tightening torque 35 ± 3.5N • m;
(3) remove the magnetic filter and clean the filter;
(4) replace the filter magnets and filters;
(5) filling the transmission with the transmission fluid;
(6) to ensure that the vehicle is located in the horizontal
ground, the transmission in neutral (N block). Start the
engine and operate at low idle speed. Check for leaks and
other abnormal circumstances, if any, should be promptly
handled;
(7) Check the oil level. Stop the engine and refuel if
necessary, repeat steps 5 to 6 until the correct oil level is
reached;
(8) when the transmission oil temperature is 65-75 ° C and
the transmission in the neutral (N block) position, with the
thermal method of detection;
(9) Always keep the oil level normal.
