2.1 Regulatory Approvals
FCC/IC
The radio module contained in the EasyLift V3 PLUS and associated remote comply with the FCC
Part 15.249 and the Industry Canada requirements RSS-GEN, RSS-210
The radio module contained in the EasyLift V3 PLUS and associated remotes complies with Part
15 of the FCC rules and with Industry Canada license exempt standard(s). Operation is subject
to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
The radio module contained in the EasyLift V3 PLUS and associated remotes are SAR test
excluded according to FCC KDB 447498, RSS102 and EN 62479 at separation distances larger
than 5 mm and less than 50 mm.
With respect to radio frequency radiation exposure Information, it is declared; that this equip-
ment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment.
This gives an extra margin, since the remote control normally, only is used in “controlled
environment” for approx. 30 seconds when lifting, and typically only a few times a day.

ASME A18.1 2020 (US/FDA)
The EasyLift V3 PLUS complies with key requirements of the ASME 18.1 Safety Standard for
Platform lifts and Stairway Chairlifts, section 5 “Private Residence Platform Lifts”. Please note
that not all possible configurations of the EasyLift V3 PLUS are in compliance – consult your
reseller for further information.
