Inspection and maintenance every 6000 operating hours or every 4 years
dipstick and applies to the following lift mast
versions:
• Standard lift mast with a lift hei
ght up to
5650 mm.
• Duplex lift mast with a lift height up to 4140
mm.
• Triplex lift mast with a lift height up to 4770
mm.
An oil fill quantity of approx. 11.

responds to the oil level marking (
2) on the
dipstick and applies to:
• Standard lift mast with a lift height greater
than 5650 mm to 6450 mm.
• Triplex lift mast with a lift height greater than
4770 to 6470 mm.
¾ Carefully insert new filter cartri
dge (2) in
hydraulic oil tank.
¾ Clean the sealing ring of the filter cover, wet
with oil and refit.

¾ Insert breather (3) in hydraulic tank and
check level of hydraulic oil with oil dip-
stick, top up with hydraulic oil to marking
1 or 2 (depending on lift mast height) on dip-
stick.
¾ Screw breather back in.
¾ Check for leakage of filter during trial run.
