Bremse
• Totmann-Bremse Funktion prüfen.
• Reversierbremse Funktion prüfen.
• Bremsbelag, Dicke und Zustand prüfen,
evtl. wechseln.
• Bremslüftungsspiel prüfen, evtl. nach-
stellen (0,4 - 1,0 mm).
• Bremsbelag ölfrei ausblasen
(Achtung
Abrieb ist gesundheitsgefährdend,
Atemschutzmaske benutzen)
• Bremsverzögerungswerte nach jeder
Neueinstellung prüfen (Dynometer).
• Wenn vorhanden: Funktion Gangende-
Bremsung* prüfen. Funktionsbeschrei-
bung nach Auftrag beachten.
• Prüfen der Induktivgeber/Fotozellen*.
Fahrgestell
• Anschläge bzw. Endabschaltung* auf
Zustand und Funktion prüfen.
• Türen, Klappen und Deckel auf Zustand
und Gängigkeit prüfen.
• Fahrerschutzdach Sichtprüfung.
• Schienenschalter* auf Funktion und
Zustand prüfen.
Hubeinrichtung
• Hubzylinder auf Dichtheit und Funktion
prüfen.
• Befestigung und Lagerstellen der Hub-
zylinder auf einwandfreien Zustand prü-
fen.
• Kettenzustand, Verschleiß, Längung,
Beschädigung, Schmierung und Span-
nung prüfen.
Für die sachgemäße Umsetzung sind die
Angaben in den entsprechenden Herstel-
lerunterlagen zu beachten.
Achtung Vorschrift
Zusatzhubketten nach 5000 Betriebs-
stunden austauschen.
Empfehlung:Haupthubketten nach
5000 Betriebsstunden austauschen
• Kettenrollen Gängigkeit prüfen.
• Mastführungen, Oberflächen auf Ver-
schleiß prüfen.
• Mastrollen auf Zustand bzw. Einstellung
prüfen.
Maintenance

Brake
• Check the performance the dead man
brake.
• Check plugging-brake.
• Check brake lining, thickness, and con-
dition; change if necessary.
• Check brake clearance; adjust, if neces-
sary (0,4 - 1,0 mm).
• Blow out brake lining's abraded particles
with oil-free low compressed air
(Caution:
The abraded particles poses a health
hazard. Use a respiratory protection
mask).
• Check the braking deceleration values
(f. ex. dynometer) after each new adjust-
ment of the brake power.
• If applicable, check function of aisle-
end* braking. Observe function accor-
ding to order.
• Check the inductive transmitters/photo-
cells*.
Chassis
• Check stops and limit switches for condi-
tion and function
• Check covers, doors and lids for conditi-
on and smothness.
• Visual check of over head guard.
• Check rail switch* for function and con-
dition.
Lifting device
• Check lifting cylinder for function and
leakage.
• Check the condition of the fixture and
bearing points of the lifting cylinder.
•• Check chain condition: wear, elongation,
damage, lubrication and tension.
The details given in the relevant manu-
facturer's documentation must be com-
plied with to ensure correct implementa-
tion.
Important
Caution: Replace the auxiliary lift chains
after 5,000 hours of operation.

• Check chain rollers for proper function.
• Check mast guidances, surfaces for
wear.
