Using the handset
The CLASSIK is supplied with a remote control
handset, and this provides access to all of the
functions available from the front panel. In
addition it provides several more advanced
features, including selecting tracks by number,
programming a selection of tracks, and using the
timer and alarm.
The keys are arranged into logical groups, for
ease of use, and the illustration opposite shows
the function of each group of keys.
Note that the number keys operate the CD or
tuner, depending on which one was last controlled
by the handset. If the number keys appear not to
work press one of the CD control keys.
