3 - ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Step Description
6 Connect the cable bundle Fc from the Power Unit to the extension P supplied by inserting FRAMATOME connectors
2c, in the connectors 3c (g. 65-66).
7 Connect the Power Unit’s power cables La to the supplied power cable extension Pa by joining the two connectors A1
and A2. See g. 65-66.
NB: After this operation is complete, it is RECOMMENDED that the two connectors A1 and A2 be secured with a nylon
clamp CN, as shown in gure 69.
8 After completing all connections, connect the red cable of the extension (Pa), complete with electrical power fuse FS
(g. 68), to the positive pole of the vehicle’s original batteries (g. 67).

Next attach the other eyelet of the black cable Pa of the extension to the negative pole  of the battery (g. 67).
WARNING: The black cable must be connected to the battery!!! And not to the frame!!!

WARNING
Make sure the supply red cable is rmly attached ( Pa ) , avoiding points that are mobile or subject to rubbing,
and not allowing it to hang, to prevent tearing or contact with the vehicle frame which might cause damage to
the electrical/electronic circuit in the system or the vehicle’s battery.

WARNING
Before to connecting the power connectors A1
and A2, use the protective for electrical contact
“NYOGEL “ N see g. 64a. Supplied inside the kit.
Open the tube of gel protection “NYOGEL” N and
insert it in the pin female of the connector A2 like
showed on g. 64a, operation needed against the
oxidation and corrosion of power metallic pin.
