b.INSPECTION
Main winding/power-supply winding/DC winding
If there is not DC voltage output, check if the DC over-current protector trips and the DC receptacle are
damaged. If yes, replace the receptacle.
If there is no AC voltage output, check if the AC receptacle is damaged. If yes, replace the receptacle.
Check if there is voltage between the motor stator and power-supply winding. If yes, replace the converter.
Otherwise replace the stator.
The resistance among windings of 230 V 2.3 KW is as follows:

Replace the stator if the resistance is zero or infinite.
