DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING
(1) Gear Box Case (2) Gear Box Cap
(3) Breather (4) Oil Inlet Plug
(5) Drain Plug (6) Oil Level Plug
(7) Pinion Shaft (8) Oil Seal
(9) Snap Ring (10) Ball Bearing
(11) Snap Ring (12) Bevel Gear - 18T
(13) Ball Bearing (14) Center Pulley
(15) Feather Key (16) Bevel Gear Shaft
(17) Oil Seal (18) Ball Bearing
(19) Snap Ring (20) Bevel Gear - 17T
(21) Snap Ring
3. Remove the gear box cap(2).
1. Remove the drain plug(5), and drain the
gear box oil.
9. Remove the snap ring(19), and remove
the ball bearring(18).
(When reassembling)

remove the feather key(15) on the bevel gear
shaft(16)
Disassembling Gear Box
- Replace the oil seals(8, 17) and gear box
cap(2) with new ones.
4. Remove the oil seal(8) and snap ring(9).
5. Tap out the pinion shaft(7) with the ball
bearing(10), and remove the bevel gear(12).
6. Remove the ball bearing(13).
7. Remove the snap ring(21), and draw out
the bevel gear shaft(16).
8. Remove the bevel gear(20).
