LS tractor LM1160 - Side Pulley and Blade Shaft Disassembly

DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING
(1) Blade Shaft (2) Oil Seal
(3) Snap Ring (4) Ball Bearing
(5) Side Housing (6) Spacer
(7) Side Pulley (8) Side Pulley Boss
(9) Side Housing Mounting Screw
(10) Washer-Spring
(11) Side Housing Mounting Nut
(12) Washer-Spring
(13) Side Pulley Mounting Nut
(14) Pulley Boss Mounting Screw
(15) Pulley Boss Mounting Nut
(16) Grease Fitting
- Replace the oil seals(2) with new one.
Side Pulley And Blade Shaft
2. Remove the side pulley housing mounting
nut(11), and remove the side pulley
housing(5).
3. Tap out the blade shaft(1) and remove
the oil seal(2).
4. Remove the snap ring(3) and remove the
ball bearing(4) and spacer(6)
(When reassembling)
1. Remove the side pulley mounting nut(13),
and remove the side pulley(7).
