4.4 Operation mode
The operation mode of CPU module can be classified into 4 modes such as RUN, STOP,
PAUSE, and DEBUG modes.
4.4.1 RUN mode
In the RUN mode, the CPU process user programs normally.
Start RUN mode
Clear the non-latched memory area
Check user program
Execution of user program
Self-diagnosis
I/O refresh
Execute communication service,
Update timer / counter
Mode changed?
Start other mode
