Hinge removal can be achieved without removing the top cover or disconnecting the
control panel assembly completely.
Remove the lid assembly.
Disengage the control panel from the top cover and slide toward the rear to expose the
hinge mounting screws.
Remove the two ¼ in. hex head hinge
mounting assembly screws
Remove the Philips head screw from the
top cover.
