7.11.2.2 Tail/Brake Lights
a. Cut plastic cable tie (E) securing harness
covering to light (F).
b. Retrieve connections (G) from inside harness
covering approximately 6 inches (150 mm) from
light and disconnect wires. Remove tape if
necessary.
c. Remove nut (H) securing light to frame and
remove light. Pull wires through hole in frame.
d. Feed connectors of new light (F) through hole in
bracket and position light onto frame.
e. Install nut (H) and tighten.
f. Connect wires to connectors (G) in harness and
re-secure harness covering with tape and plastic
tie (E) as required.
