B - 1/2” Nylon Locking Nuts (4)

D - Universal Mount
1.3.5B: Place the Universal Mount against the bottom of the brackets and use the provided bolt
kit to assemble loosely.
1.3.6B: Once the Universal Mount is attached, tighten the Glulam brackets and ensure they are
flush against the beam from top to bottom.
