In the case of false starts, the alarm tries to start the engine 3x.
If the system detects any problems when trying to remote start, the remote control will beep 3
times and lights will flash 3 times. After that, it will indicate the cause of problem by the
number of flashes as follows:
REMOTE START SETTINGS
In a car with a manual gearbox it is important to set up the reservation mode before remote
start. That will prevent starting the car with a gear on .
Important principle!
1. There must be N position in the gearbox.
2. Make sure that your hand brake works well.
3. When parked on the hill make sure the wheels are pointing off road.
4. Windows must be closed.
5. Do not set the reservation mode if there are people or pets in the car.
6. If the car is used by a person who is not familiar with the car alarm operations, make sure
you will turn the alarm into the valet mode.
ATTENTION !
Remote start system is not recommended for cabriolets!
Some cars do not support remote start. Always check with your distributor.
If you park on the hill, the car may start moving after remote start.
Therefore we do not recommend you set the remote start up under these
conditions!
4.4.1. Setting the reservation mode for cars with a manual gearbox.
By setting up the reservation mode you will make sure that there is always neutral position on.
9. After the car is parked, before turning ignition off, put the gear into a neutral position.
10. Tie the handbrake up.
11. Press long START button. After the while lights will flash, engine is running. Release
START button.
12. Get out of vehicle. When you will closed last doors or trunk engine will off. Activate the
alarm by button . Reservation mode is set. The vehicle is now ready for remote start.
The icon will appear on remote display.
To set the reservation mode takes into account the opening and closing the trunk. It is
therefore possible to open the door, open the trunk, close the doors, trunk and unloaded and
after you close it and activate the vehicle alarm, reservation mode will be set.
Cancellation of reservation mode.
If you do not need the reservation mode on, press the brake pedal and long press START
button. Ignition will off. Release START button.
