5 Receipt of goods, transport and storage
5.1 Goods receiving department
Immediately check the delivery after receipt for completeness and transport
damages.
In the event of externally visible transport damage, proceed as follows:
› Do not accept the delivery or only under reserve.
› Note the extent of damage on the transport documents or on the delivery
note of the carrier.
› Lodge complaint.
IMPORTANT!
Lodge a complaint for each defect, as soon as it is recognised.
Compensation claims can only be submitted within the valid
complaint periods.

› Technician
› Magnetic MHTM™ FlowMotion® service expert

Personal protective equipment
Wear the following personal protective equipment:
› Work clothes
› Protective gloves
