Fitting the alternator
The alternator is fitted in reverse order to the removal procedure; ensure that the cable terminals do not get
mixed up.
Check and if necessary correct alignment of the V-belt pulleys with each other.
Tighten the mounting bolts with the prescribed torque.
Tension the V-belt.
After attaching the alternator, check to see whether it functions faultlessly.
