Carefully read the Assembly Instructions before starting any work!
This is especially valid for the chapter on General Safety Instructions
and the safety instructions in each of the chapters.
6 Commissioning
WARNING!
Danger caused by faults during commissioning!
Commissioning requires trained qualified personnel with sufficient experience. Faulty
commissioning can cause life threatening situations and considerable property damage.
For this reason:
Commissioning is only to be performed by trained and qualified personnel.

Risk of injury caused by improper commissioning!
Improper commissioning can case serious injuries or considerable property damage.
For this reason:
S Before commissioning the engine, carefully read the Operating Instructions and
familiarise yourself with the “critical” subjects.
S It is absolutely necessary to observe the “Installation Instructions” for the commissioning
of a new or reconditioned engine.
S Make sure work space is kept clean and orderly!
6.1 Filling Fluids and Lubricants
IMPORTANT!
Termination of liability for material defects by use of non-approved fluids and
lubricants!
Liability of material defects is terminated if non-approved fluids and lubricants are used.
For this reason:
S Only use approved fluids and lubricants (see Fluids and Lubricants ..." publication).“
