It is highly recommended to replace the “Nord lock” washers in the event of retightening or significant tightening.
- Check the tightening torques of all the wheel nuts:
FRONT WHEELS 250 N.m ± 12.5 N.m
REAR WHEELS
Nuts “DIN 74361 B” + washers “Belleville”
160 N.m ± 8 N.m
Nuts “DIN 74361 B” + washers “Nord Lock”
160 N.m ± 8 N.m
Nuts “DIN 74361 A” without washers
140 N.m ± 7 N.m
- Apply a drop of threadlock (MANITOU Part No.: 187526) on the areas
