BRINGING THE LIFT TRUCK BACK INTO SERVICE
- Remove the waterproof adhesive tape from all the holes.
- Refit and reconnect the battery.
- Remove the protection from the cylinder rods.
- Carry out daily maintenance (
3 - MAINTENANCE: 10H - DAILY MAINTENANCE).
- Put the handbrake on and remove the axle stands.
- Fill the tank with fuel ( 3 - MAINTENANCE: 2,000HOURS - PERIODIC MAINTENANCE).
- Fill the tank with fuel ( 3 - MAINTENANCE: 10H - DAILY MAINTENANCE).
- Replace the pre-filter and fuel filter ( 3 - MAINTENANCE: 500 HOURS - PERIODIC MAINTENANCE).
- Empty and rinse the DEF tank
(according to model of lift truck).
- Top up with new "DEF" (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) ( 2 - DESCRIPTION: INSTRUMENTS AND CONTROLS)

- Refit and set the tension in the drive belts ( 3 - MAINTENANCE: FILTER CARTRIDGES AND BELTS).
- Turn the engine with the starter, to restore the engine oil pressure.
- Reconnect the engine cut-off solenoid.
- Lubricate the lift truck completely ( 3 - LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE).
IMPORTANT
Ensure the area is sufficiently ventilated before starting the lift truck.
- Start up the lift truck, following the safety instructions and regulations ( OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS UNLADEN AND
LADEN).
- Run all the mast's hydraulic movements, concentrating on the ends of travel for each cylinder.
