GREASE General greasing
To be carried out weekly, if the lift truck has been operated for less than 50 hours during the week.

IMPORTANT

In the event of prolonged use in an extremely dusty or oxidizing atmosphere,
reduce this interval to 10 working hours or every day.
- Clean, then lubricate the following points with grease ( LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) and remove the surplus of grease.
MAST
• 1 - Articulation axles at the foot of the mast (2 lubricators).
• 2 - Tilt cylinder head axles (2 lubricators).
• 3 - Tilt cylinder foot axles (2 lubricators).
• 4 - Fork carriage (according to model)

CLEAN Condenser core (option)

IMPORTANT

In a polluting atmosphere, clean the radiator core every day. Do not use a water jet or high-pressure steam as this
could damage the radiator fins.
- Visually check whether the condenser is clean and clean it if necessary.
- Clean the condenser using a compressed air jet aimed in the same direction as
the air flow.
- Clean with the fans running for best results.
