C7 - Check fixing screws rotation
reducer
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS).
Place the truck on a horizontal
surface with off engine and the
telescopic boom completly lifted .
Carry out a visible check of the fixing
screws of the rotation reducer at frame.
In the case that irregularities are seen
consult your agent or dealer.
C8 - Clean and grease the cab door
pivots lubricators
Clean lubricators .
Lubricate with grease (“LUBRICANT” chart).
Remove any excess grease.

C7 - Controllare serraggio viti fissaggio
riduttore rotazione
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI
E NORME DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI
DI MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO
ELEVATORE).
Posizionare il carrello su di una superficie
orizzontale con il motore fermo ed il brac-
cio telescopico completamente sollevato.
Effettuare un controllo visivo del fissaggio
delle viti del riduttore di rotazione al telaio.
Nel caso in cui si notino anomalie consulta-
te il vostro agente o concessionario.
C8 - Pulire e ingrassare le cerniere della
portiera cabina
Pulire gli ingrassatori .
Lubrificare con del grasso (“LUBRIFICANTI”).
Togliere l’eccesso di grasso.

Podnieść wysięgnik i umieścić klin
zabezpieczający na tłoczysku siłownika
podnoszenia (patrz: 1 - INSTRUKCJE I
ZASADY DOTYCZĄCE BEZPIECZEŃSTWA:
INSTRUKCJE DOTYCZĄCE KONSERWACJI
WÓZKA PODNOŚNIKOWEGO).
Na poziomej powierzchni ustawić wózek
z zatrzymanym silnikiem i wysięgnikiem
teleskopowym całkowicie podniesionym.
Sprawdzić wzrokowo mocowanie śrub
przekładni redukcyjnej do ramy.
W przypadku nieprawidłowości konieczne
jest skontaktowanie się z obsługującym
Was autoryzowanym przedstawicielem.
C8 - Wyczyścić i nasmarować zawiasy
drzwi kabiny
Wyczyścić smarownice.
Nasmarować smarem (“ŚRODKI SMARNE”).
Usunąć nadmiar smaru.
