H4 - Transport the lift truck on a
platform
Ensure that the safety instructions connec-
ted to the platform are respected before the
loading of the lift truck and that the driver
of the means of transport is informed about
the dimensions and the weight of the lift
truck (See chapter: CHARACTERISTICS in
paragraph: 2 - DESCRIPTION).
Ensure that the platform has got
dimensions and a load capacity sufficient
for transporting the lift truck. Check also the
pressure on the contact surface allowable
for the platform in connection with the lift
truck.
Load the lift truck
- Block the wheels of the platform.
- Fix the loading ramps so that you obtain
an angle as little as possible to lift the lift
truck.
- Load the lift truck parallel to the platform.
- Stop the lift truck (See chapter: DRIVING
INSTRUCTIONS in paragraph: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS).
Fix the forklift truck
- Fix the chocks to the platform at the front
and at the back of each tyre
(Fig. H4/1).
- Stow the lift truck on the platform with
enough resisting ropes. At the front of the
lift truck, on the fastening points 1 and 2
(Fig. H4/1).
- Tighten the ropes (Fig. H4/1).
H4 - Trasportare il carrello elevatore su
un rimorchio
Controllare la corretta applicazione delle
istruzioni di sicurezza relative alla piattafor-
ma di trasporto prima di caricare il carrello
elevatore, e verificare che il conduttore del
mezzo di trasporto sia informato delle carat-
teristiche dimensionali e del peso del carrello
elevatore (Vedi capitolo: CARATTERISTICHE
TECNICHE nella parte 2 - DESCRIZIONE).
Accertarsi che la piattaforma abbia delle
dimensioni e una capacità di carico suffi-
cienti per trasportare il carrello elevatore.
Controllare anche la pressione di contatto al
suolo autorizzata per la piattaforma rispetto
al carrello elevatore.
Caricare il carrello elevatore
- Bloccare le ruote della piattaforma di
trasporto.
- Fissare le rampe di carico alla piattaforma,
in modo da ottenere un angolo il più
piccolo possibile per far salire il carrello
elevatore.
- Caricare il carrello elevatore parallelamen-
te alla piattaforma.
- Spegnere il carrello elevatore (Vedi
capitolo: ISTRUZIONI DI GUIDA nella
parte: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME DI
SICUREZZA).
Fissare il carrello elevatore
- Fissare i cunei davanti e dietro a ciascun
pneumatico (Fig. H4/1) e (H4/1).
- Bloccare il carrello elevatore sulla piatta-
forma con funi sufficientemente resistenti,
sulla parte anteriore del carrello elevatore
nei punti di ancoraggio “1 e 2” (Fig. H4/1).
- Portare le funi in tensione (Fig. H4/1).

H4 - Transport wózka podnośnikowego
na platformie /przyczepie/
Należy zapewnić przestrzeganie instrukcji
dotyczących bezpieczeństwa związanych
z platformą transportową przed załado-
waniem wózka podnośnikowego i sprawd-
zić, czy operator zna wymiary i ciężar
wózka podnośnikowego (patrz rozdział:
CHARAKTERYSTYKI TECHNICZNE, część 2 -
OPIS).
Należy upewnić, że platforma ma wymiary i
nośność wystarczające do transportu wózka
podnośnikowego. Trzeba również sprawdzić
dopuszczalny nacisk na podłoże platformy z
uwzględnieniem wózka podnośnikowego.
Załadunek wózka podnośnikowego
- Zablokować koła platformy transportowej.
- Umocować rampy załadowcze do platfor-
my w taki sposób, aby uzyskać możliwie
najmniejszy kąt wjazdu wózka podnośni-
kowego.
- Załadować wózek podnośnikowy równo-
legle do platformy.
- Wyłączyć wózek podnośnikowy (Patrz
rozdział: INSTRUKCJE DOTYCZĄCE
PROWADZENIA, część: 1 - INSTRUKCJE I
ZASADY DOTYCZĄCE BEZPIECZEŃSTWA).
Unieruchomić wózek podnośnikowy
- Umieścić podstawki klinowe z przodu i z
tyłu każdego koła (rys. H4/1) i (H4/1).
- Unieruchomić wózek podnośnikowy na
platformie za pomocą lin o odpowiedniej
wytrzymałości, w przedniej części wózka
podnośnikowego w punktach mocowania
„1 i 2” (Rys. H4/1).
- Napiąć liny (rys. H4/1).
