- Avvicinare il carico in posizione di
trasporto davanti alla pila (Fig. L).
- Alzare e allungare il braccio (1) (2) fino a
quando il carico è al disopra della pila, se
occorre far avanzare il carrello elevatore
(3) (Fig. M) manovrando dolcemente e
con prudenza (Vedi paragrafo : E -
VISIBILITÀ nel capitolo : ISTRUZIONI PER
LA MOVIMENTAZIONE relativo alla
visibilità sul percorso). Azionare il freno di
stazionamento e mettere la leva
dell'invertitore di marcia in folle.
- Posizionare il carico orizzontalmente e
posarlo sulla pila, abbassando e
rientrando il braccio (1) (2) per
posizionare correttamente il carico (Fig.
N).
- Liberare le forche, facendo
alternativamente rientrare e alzare il
braccio (3) (Fig. N), o se possibile,
facendo indietreggiare il carrello
elevatore (3) (Vedi paragrafo : E -
VISIBILITÀ nel capitolo : ISTRUZIONI PER
LA MOVIMENTAZIONE relativo alla
visibilità sul percorso). Quindi portare il
braccio in posizione di trasporto.
E - Prelevare un carico senza pallet
- Inclinare le forche (1) in avanti e
allungare il braccio (2) inclinando
contemporaneamente le forche (3)
indietro per inserire le forche sotto il
carico (Fig.O). Se necessario zeppare il
carico.
F - Dispositivo indicatore di stato di
carico.
- Osservare sempre l'indicatore di stato
di carico durante la movimentazione.

- Approach the load in the transport

- Lift and extend the jib (1) (2) until the
load is above the pile, if necessary move
the lift truck forward (3) (Fig. M)
manoeuvring very gently and carefully
(See paragraph : E - VISIBILITY in the
chapter : HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS for
visibility of the road). Apply the parking
brake and place the forward/reverse
lever in neutral.
- Place the load in a horizontal position
and lay it down on the pile by lowering
and retracting the jib (1) (2) in order to
position the load correctly (Fig. N).
- Free the forks by alternately retracting
and lifting the jib (3) (Fig. N) or, if
possible, by reversing the lift truck (3)
(See paragraph : E - VISIBILITY in the
chapter : HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS for
visibility of the road). Then bring the jib
into the transport position.

- Taking up a load without pallet
- Tilt the carriage (1) forwards and extend
the jib (2) while simultaneously crowding
the carriage backwards to slip the forks
under the load (Fig. O). If necessary,
wedge the load.

ustawionym w pozycji transportu (Rys. L).
- Podnieść i wysunąć wysięgnik (1) (2) aż
do momentu, gdy ładunek znajdzie się
nad sztaplem. W razie potrzeby
podjechać wózkiem do przodu (3) (Rys.
M) operując powoli i ostrożnie (patrz
punkt E - WIDOCZNOŚĆ w rozdziale
INSTRUKCJE NA TEMAT
MANEWROWANIA, dotyczący widoczności
drogi). Włączyć hamulec postojowy i
ustawić dźwignię zmiany kierunku w
położeniu jałowym.
- Ładunek ustawić poziomo i opuścić go na
sztapel wsuwając wysięgnik (1) (2), aby
dobrze ustawić ładunek (Rys. N).
- Zwolnić widły, na przemian wciągając i
podnosząc wysięgnik (3) (Rys. N) lub -
jeśli to możliwe - odjeżdżając wózkiem (3)
(zobacz punkt E - WIDOCZNOŚĆ w
rozdziale INSTRUKCJE NA TEMAT
MANEWROWANIA, dotyczący widoczności
drogi. Następnie ustawić wysięgnik w
położeniu transportu.
E - Pobieranie ładunku bez palety
- Nachylić karetkę (1) do przodu i wysunąć
wysięgnik (2) nachylając równocześnie
widły (3) do tyłu w celu wsunięcia wideł
pod ładunek (Rys. O). W razie potrzeby
pod ładunek podłożyć klin.
F - Wskaźnik stanu ładunku.
- Podczas operowania ładunkiem stale
obserwować wskaźnik.
