RADIOCONTROL SWITCH

ELECTRIC ACCELERATOR SWITCH
The function of the switch (1,3.20) is to
increase or decrease the I.C. engine rpm
electrically.
- The switch has two positions:
- pressing on (1a,
3.20) will cause I.C.
engine rpm to accelerate gradually,
- deactived (1c,
3.20),
- pressing on (1b,
3.20) will cause I.C.
engine rpm to decelerate gradually.
ENGINE BRAKE SWITCH
MRT 3255
The engine brake decelerates the telehand-
ler without using mechanical friction in or-
der to avoid the overheating of the brake
system.
This brake is mainly used in the long des-
cents, and it allows to brake the machine
without stressing the brakes.
Press switch (2,
3.21) to enable or disable
the engine brake (0, 1a,1b,3.21).
On the control panel the orange indicator
light indicates that the function is active
(e paragraph: “Instruments and control
panel”).
On the switch (2,3.21) the led comes on
(1,3.21) to indicate that the function is
active.
The engine brake allows two stages of de-
celeration (0, 1a,1b,3.21), a low and an
intense.
Operating conditions of the engine brake.
The engine brake works only if:
- the engine water temperature is > 60°C
- the accelerator pedal is not pressed
- the revs of the I.C. engine are > 1100 rpm.

IMPORTANT! In order to main-
tain the braking power of
the engine brake, the speed
shall not exceed 42 km/h.
If required, slow down
the machine by pressing
the service brake pedal.
If the speed of the machine
exceeds 42 km/h, the driver will
be warned by an alarm sound
and the optical signal “BRAKE”
on the tachometer.

ACCELERATORE ELETTRICO
INTERRUTTORE
La funzione dell’interruttore (1,3.20) è
quella di aumentare o diminuire i giri del
motore termico elettricamente.
L’interruttore ha due posizioni:
- premendo su (1a,
3.20), farà sì che i
giri del motore termico accelerino gra-
dualmente,
- disattivato (1c,
3.20),
- premendo su (1b,
3.20), farà sì che i
giri del motore termico decelerino gra-
dualmente.
INTERRUTTORE FRENO MOTORE
MRT 3255
Il freno motore decelera il sollevatore te-
lescopico senza usare frizione meccanica
per evitare il surriscaldamento del sistema
frenante.
Questo freno è principalmente utilizzato
nelle lunghe discese, e permette di frenare
la macchina senza sollecitare i freni.
Premere l’interruttore (2,3.21) per attivare
o disattivare il freno motore (0, 1a,1b,3.21).
Sul pannello di controllo una spia arancione
indica che la funzione è attiva (e paragrafo:
“Strumenti e pannello di controllo”).
Sul interruttore (2,
3.21) il led si accende
(1,3.21) per indicare che la funzione è
attiva.
Il freno motore consente due fasi di decele-
razione (0, 1a,1b,3.21) una bassa ed una
intensa.
Condizioni di funzionamento del freno mo-
tore.
Il freno motore funziona solo se:
- l’Acqua motore è > 60 °C
- il Pedale dell’acceleratore non è premuto
- i Giri del motore termico sono > di 1100
rpm.

IMPORTANTE! Per mantenere
la massima potenza frenan-
te del freno motore, non su-
perare i 42 km/h di velocità.
Se necessario rallentare la velo-
cità della macchina premendo
il pedale dei freni di servizio.
Se la velocità della macchina su-
pera i 42 km/h, il guidatore viene
avvisato da un allarme sonoro e
da una segnalazione ottica su ta-
chimetro.

WYŁĄCZNIK STEROWANIA RADIOWEGO

PRZYSPIESZNIK ELEKTRYCZNY
WYŁĄCZNIK
Zadaniem wyłącznika (1,3.20) jest elek-
tryczne zwiększanie lub zmniejszanie
obrotów silnika spalinowego.
Wyłącznik ma dwie pozycje:
- naciśnięcie na (1a,
3.20) powoduje
stopniowe zwiększanie obrotów silnika
spalinowego,
- wyłączony (1c,
3.20),
- naciśnięcie na (1b,
3.20) powoduje
stopniowe zmniejszanie obrotów silnika
spalinowego.
WYŁĄCZNIK HAMULCA SILNIKOWEGO
MRT 3255
Hamulec silnikowy zmniejsza prędkość
podnośnika teleskopowego bez użycia spr-
zęgła mechanicznego w celu uniknięcia pr-
zegrzania układu hamulcowego.
Hamulec ten jest stosowany przede wszystkim
na długich pochyłościach i umożliwia hamo-
wanie maszyny bez obciążania hamulców.
Nacisnąć wyłącznik (2,3.21) w celu
włączenia lub wyłączenia hamul-
ca silnikowego (0, 1a,1b,3.21).
Na panelu sterowania pomarańczowa
lampka sygnalizuje, że funkcja jest aktywna
(e punkt: “Przyrządy na panelu sterowania”).
Na wyłączniku (2,
3.21) zaświeca się dio-
da (1,3.21) w celu zasygnalizowania, że
funkcja jest aktywna.
Hamulec silnikowy umożliwia dwie fazy
hamowania (0, 1a,1b,3.21), jedną lekką
i drugą mocną.
Warunki działania hamulca silnikowego.
Hamulec silnikowy działa tylko wtedy, gdy:
- temperatura płynu chłodzącego silnik > 60 °C
- pedał przyspieszenia nie jest naciśnięty
- obroty silnika spalinowego są > niż 1100
obr/min

WAŻNE! W celu utrzymania
maksymalnej mocy hamowa-
nia hamulca silnikowego nie
przekraczać prędkości 42 km/h.
W razie potrzeby zmniejszyć
prędkość maszyny naciskając
pedał hamulców roboczych.
Jeżeli prędkość maszyny prze-
kracza 42 km/h, kierowca jest o
tym informowany przez alarm
dźwiękowy i sygnalizację na
prędkościomierzu.
