DIAGNOSTIC
To get to the Diagnostic Menu screen, activate the crane
ignition switch and use the following screens.
Select the Main Menu.
Main Menu
Select function key #3, Diagnostics.
Diagnostic Screen 1
The first diagnostic screen will contain the following Machine
Information Warnings:
Truck Engine RPM - Shows
current engine RPM.
Truck Diesel Fuel Level - The
truck diesel fuel level is displayed
as a percentage of maximum fuel
level. If the truck diesel fuel level
drops below 20% of maximum
capacity, the general warning light
is shown on the operating mode
screen and the truck diesel fuel
level icon is highlighted YELLOW
on the diagnostics screen.

Hydraulic Oil Temp - If the
hydraulic oil temperature rises
above 180°F, the general warning
light is shown on the operating
mode screen and this icon is
highlighted RED. Fahrenheit is
the default value.
Crane Hour meter
– Shows Real
time crane hours.
Battery Voltage
- If the truck
battery voltage drops below 10.5
Volts, the general warning light is
shown on the operating mode
screen and the truck battery
voltage icon is highlighted RED
on the diagnostics screen.
Engine Water Temperature
- If the
engine water temperature rises
above 220°F the general warning
light is shown on the operating
mode screen and this icon is
highlighted RED. Fahrenheit is
the default value.
Engine Stop Lamp
- Lamp turns
RED when engine error is
detected.
Engine Warning Lamp
- Lamp
turns Yellow when engine warning
is detected.
Truck Regeneration Needed
-
When the truck is in need of
regeneration (first stage and all
subsequent stages), the general
warning light is shown on the
operating mode screen and the
truck diesel particulate filter icon
is highlighted YELLOW on the
diagnostics screen.
Module Fault
- turns RED when
any module is missing or has a
fault which should be present or
OK.
Engine Oil Pressure Warning
- If
the truck engine oil pressure is
below 5 psi, the general warning
light is shown on the operating
mode screen and the truck engine
oil pressure icon is highlighted
RED on the diagnostics screen.
