6.8 MAINTENANCE OF THE LENSING SYSTEM
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
• SAFETY PRECAUTION – Check the function of all lensing pumps at regular
intervals. Pump inlets have to be clear from debris and garbage. If seacocks
are fitted in the fore and aft peak bulkheads, they shall be kept closed and
shall only be opened to let water drain into the main bilges.
