2.5 Enabling of amplifier to automatic cycle

a)
Switch the unit on (pushbutton 1)

Electronic unit in manual mode (selector switch 6 in

head over the master workpiece

Check the zero-setting of the measuring system. Any slight corrections that
might be needed can be performed by acting on the zero-setting
potentiometer 13. Should this not be possible, carry out a complete zero-
setting on the gauging system (see chapter 3 -“Zero-setting of measuring
head” on page 18).
d)
Make sure that the controls have been set correctly by means of buttons 11.

Bring the measuring head back to its home position and put the unit in the
automatic mode (selector switch 6 in

Warning
During the automatic function, should the amplifier not give out the correct
indications on the measurement, consult the Installation Manual in paragraph "1.4
Internal Programming and adjusting operations”.
