full-pipe-velocity sensor or a two-inch full-pipe-velocity sensor
(Figure 8). The installation instructions for the full-pipe sensors
are contained in the manuals titled “One-Inch Full-Pipe Sensor
Installation” and “Two-Inch Full-Pipe Sensor Installation. The

SENSOR MOUNTING CONFIGURATIONS
Universal-Sensor Mount
The sensor can be attached to different size poles
with the universal-sensor mount (Figure 9).
Mounting instructions are as follows:
• Insert the mounting shaft on the universal
mount into the hole at the back of the sensor.
The thumbscrew needs to be seated in the
groove, so make sure the shaft is completely
inserted into the hole.
• Hand tighten the thumbscrew.
• Slide a pole one inch or less in diameter
through the clamp and tighten.
[CAUTION]
Do not over tighten the thumbscrew on the sensor. Excessive force on
the thumbscrew could damage the sensor.
