5.2.6 Aligning the mainframe horizontally
Tab. 10: Aligning the secondary cleaner horizontally
1. Align the secondary cleaner mainframe horizontally with
respect to the head pulley or check whether the blade rests
evenly against the conveyor belt.
2. Tighten the tensioner clamping screws.
Once the dimensions are correct and the secondary cleaner aligned,
it can be attached accordingly. If this is not the case, then the
mainframe must be reinstalled or repositioned.
