5.3 Test run
If the secondary cleaner raises the conveyor belt then a pressure
roller must be installed above the contact point between the blade
and conveyor belt at a clearance of 50 mm counter to the running
direction to support the conveyor belt.
1. Thoroughly clean the external chute wall on the operator side
above the tensioner. Affix Conveyor Products Warning Labels
(Part No. 23395) on the chute wall where they can be seen by
the system operator (also refer to Fig. 27 on page 34).
NOTE
Read through this section completely before starting any work on
the belt cleaner or on the customer's conveyor system.

CAUTION FLYING OBJECTS!
Forgotten tools or installation parts can fall off of the running
conveyor belt and cause minor injuries and property damage.
Always remove any tools from the installation site and conveyor
belt upon completion of the installation work before switching on
the power supply.
