• The dialed party answers the call.
• Press T.C mpl Key or go On-Hook, to transfer the call.
• If you do not want to transfer this call to the party on hold and want to unhold the held call, press the Up/
Down Navigation Key
Blind Transfer to VMS
Make sure, the Voicemail System (VMS) is available in the System. Contact your System Administrator for
more information.
• During an ongoing call, press More > Key.
• Press VM.BT Key.
• Dial the desired extension number. The call will be transferred to the mailbox of the desired extension user.
