CHAPTER 8 Receiving Calls
You can either answer or reject an incoming call.
• Press Ans Key, to answer an incoming call.
• Press Reject Key, if you do not wish to take the call.
• Press Back Key, to ignore an incoming call and return to the phone Home screen. You can handle this call
using the Up/Down Navigation Key as shown below.
If you have multiple incoming calls, scroll up/down using the Up/Down Navigation Key to select the incoming call
you wish to answer. Press Ans Key. Refer “Handling Multiple Calls”.
By default, the Call Appearance set for your extension is 2. To know more, see “Receiving a Waiting Call”.
