Emergency Systems
If the control system fails while the platform is elevated, have an
experienced operator use the emergency lowering procedure to safely
lower the platform.
Do not attempt to climb down beam (scissors) assembly.
Emergency Lowering
The Emergency Lowering System is used to lower the platform in case of power or valve failure. To
lower the platform, activate the Emergency Lowering Switch to run the Emergency Down auxiliary
hydraulic pump.
The Emergency Lowering Switch is located on the base controls.
