5.16 Lubrication
It is necessary to conduct regular checks of the oil level in driving gear differential. The
oil should be kept over the level of the filler plug located in the differential housing. If the oil
level is at the same level as filler plug it is necessary to replenish it immediately: the oil HIPOL
GL-5 85W/140 (1,5 liter for exchange). Exchange after 1000 working hours or once per year.
ATTENTION
If the leakage of oil from the driving gear differential is observed, please check the oil
level, refill if necessary and fix the reason of the leakage.
5.17 Cleaning
In order to extend the batteries life period, it is recommended to clean the batteries on
regular basis. It is also recommended to clean the batteries compartment interior to remove
electrolyte residues in order to prevent vehicle from corrosion.
During cleaning with water it is necessary not to splash or flood the electric devices
located in the control panel, speed controller, converter, motor and others. Prior to washing
please protect the mentioned devices against accidental flooding or splashing.
ATTENTION
In case of applying preservative agent on the vehicle chassis bottom, it is necessary to
protect the brake pump against contact with the preservative agent. Check the effect of
preservative agent to covers of electric installation, braking system, etc. before usage.
Flooding the electric devices with water generates a hazard of their damage and
premature wear.
Do not wash vehicle with the water under pressure.
