The measuring point on the tire is the tread section along the entire circumference.
13. END OF VEHICLE EXPLOITATION
Utilization
After finishing of Melex vehicle exploitation it is necessary to transfer vehicle to utilization.
Residual risk
It is not possible to eliminate residual risk which is connected with wrong behavior by
user. The biggest risk appears at following forbidden activities:
• using the vehicle by children, persons after alcohol drinking, using psychotropic drugs
• fast, careless drive while there are other people, especially children and animals around
• usage of vehicle by person not acquainted with owners manual
• using vehicle in footwear which enables the maneuvering between accelerator pedal
and brake pedal; in clothing which enables the smooth maneuvering of the steering
wheel, limiting visibility;
• usage of vehicle with elements mounted by user by himself
Residual risk assessment.
Acting in compliance with the recommendations set out in the owners manual the residual risk
in operating of vehicle can be minimalized. There is a risk in the case of failure to comply with
these recommendations.
14. LIST OF PARTS EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
1. The warranty does not cover:
a) mechanical damage to the vehicle and the resulting defects,
b) parts that are subject to replacement as a result of natural wear and tear, such as:
brake shoes, brake discs, drums, connecting elements, joints, rocker pin, springs, brake
