bulbs, fuses,
Complaints are also not subject to:
• handbrake lever, handbrake cable, brake cams (inflection), front and rear leaf-spring -
refers to damage to the above elements caused by too strong pulling of the handbrake
lever;
• Pot box (accelerator pedal) - water, salt, mud can damage the pot box
• Wiper blade, wiper arm, washer bag - refers to damage caused by too low
temperatures (e.g. frozen windshield)
• Seat (seat and backrests) - abrasions/cracks in the material of the seat and/or the
backrest, which were caused by metal elements sewn into the garment or by sharp
objects, eg in the pockets of the vehicle users.
• Toe-in - toe-in shift caused by driving over uneven surfaces or hitting a high curb, etc.
c) reduction of the driving range of the vehicle resulting from the natural wear and tear
of the batteries,
d) reduction of the vehicle driving range as a result of improper storage of vehicle with
batteries or only batteries,
e) defects resulting from the use of the vehicle in a manner inconsistent with the
Owner’s manual
f) defects resulting from the installation of additional devices or components in the
vehicle without the consent of the Manufacturer,
g) mechanical damage and defects caused by atmospheric phenomena such as: flood,
hail, fire, lightning strike, or other natural disasters or random events,
h) defects of the vehicle resulting from its operation within the range of a strong
magnetic field exceeding the permissible standards.
2. The user loses the guarantee in the case of:
a) non-compliance with the recommendations contained in the factory Owner's Manual
in the field of: proper operation, maintenance, adjustment, operational service,
b) making an unauthorized modification of the vehicle,
c) operation of the vehicle inconsistently with its intended use,
d) breaking the manufacturer's seal on the controller.
