6.4 Processed and averaged data
6.4.1 Format description
Processed and averaged data are archived in two separate directory
structures (see chapter 7.1.2 Data Recording on page 46). Optional recording
of so called raw spectra which represent the unprocessed measuring data of
the MRR-2, is possible.
The data format is human readable ASCII text. Each data set consists of one
line. The order of the data lines and the used identifiers are listed below:
