      If you notice visible debris or staining on your METER Measuring Instruments, clean it according to Section 4.2.1 and change the filter as described in Section 4.2.2. Also, review Section 2.1.1 regarding sample preparation and ensure that you are careful not to get any sample on the rim of the cup. Wipe the rim before placing the instrument on the cup.
