6.9 9100 TRAILER REAR BUMPER
Remove the retaining pin (Item 1) (both sides), move the rear
bumper (Item 2) out to the most reward position.
Align the rear most hole in the rear bumper frame with the
hole in the trailer frame and re-install retaining pins.
NOTE: For unloading into baggers the rear bumper is
designed to be slid forward and not interfere with
the unloading operation.
For highway transport of 9100 trailers, you must adjust the rear
bumper to the most rearward position to comply with the REAR
IMPACT PROTECTION (FMCSR 393.86).
