b. Wearing
1. Pull out the seat belt from the
retractor and guide it around the
body without twisting. The
shoulder belt shall span the whole
shoulder obliquely, but shall not
touch the neck or slip from the
shoulder. The lap belt shall span
the hip as low as possible.
2. Inserting the latch plate forward
(reverse insertion of the latch plate
will cause the seat belt to twist,
and cut or even endanger life in
case of collision). Insert it into the
buckle of the seat pair until a
"click" locking sound is heard, and
then pull it to check whether the
locking is reliable. Pull the
shoulder belt forcibly to adjust the
tightness degree of crotch strap.
The occupants can move in a small
range when the vehicle stably
runs, and the seat belt can be
pulled out or retracted with the
slow movement of the occupants.
Loose or heavy clothing will hamper
close wearing the seat belt. Do not
place any object (such as handbag
and mobile phone) between the seat
belt and your body.
