Anti-theft device-Immobilizer
/ PEPS
Immobilizer systems are designed to
prevent vehicle theft by
electronically disabling the vehicle's
ignition system. The vehicle can only
be started using the original
immobilizer ignition key, which
contains a programmed electronic
identification code.
PEPS*
PEPS triggering conditions (all of the
following conditions are met
simultaneously):
The vehicle speed is lower than
2km/h;
Both the driver's door lock
feedback and the front
passenger door lock feedback
indicate a locked status;
The door handle micro switch is
pressed;
A valid key is found within the
eective Passive
NOTE
If the key is lost, please contact
JSW MG authorised service center.

Never leave a child or pet
unattended in the vehicle.
Otherwise, it may cause injuries or
death due to high temperature in the
vehicle. Do not to leave valuables in
the vehicle to prevent losses due to
unforeseen circumstances.
Do not leave the key in the vehicle.
Take the key with you when you
leave the vehicle.
CAUTION
WARNING
!
Do not turn 'ON' ignition switch
by using key with any type of
metal wound around its grip or in
contact with it. This may be
detected as abnormal condition
by immobilizer and prevent
vehicle from starting.
Do not leave the key in high
temperature areas. The
transponder in it will behave
abnormally when reused.
