6.4 CLEANING THE BREAD CHUTE (daily cleaning work)
To clean the rear cutting area (1), close the protective screen of the bread shaft and open the
rear cover using the socket spanner.
Slide the gripper (2) forward in the shaft by hand. Sweep or vacuum out the rear cutting area
and then wipe out with a damp cloth.
Edges in the area of the bread shaft must be checked particularly carefully for contamination
and cleaned if necessary.
To clean the front cutting area (3), open the protective screen of the bread shaft.
Slide the gripper (2) backward in the shaft by hand. Sweep or vacuum out the front cutting area
and then wipe out with a damp cloth.
Then dry off the machine with a disposable cloth.
