6.9 CLEANING THE BREAD GRIPPER (weekly cleaning)
Open the protective screen, switch
off the machine again at the main
switch.
The cover can be removed in order
to clean the gripper.
To do so, open the rear knurled bolt
(1).
The cover can now be removed in an
upward direction.
Clean the bread claw and the gripper.
Edges in the area of the bread gripper
must be specifically checked for
contamination and cleaned if
necessary!
