6.8 CLEANING THE CIRCULAR BLADE AREA/BLADE LINKAGE (weekly cleaning work)
When handling the blade, take the utmost care because there is a high
risk of cutting yourself.
Wear cut-resistant gloves!
Reinigungsposition des Messers wie in Kapitel 5.6.3 beschrieben aufrufen.
Use a damp cloth (but not wet) in order to clean
the knife linkage / knife.
In the event of caked on bread residue, allow the
damp cloth to rest on the caked on areas for a few
minutes, if necessary. Pick up excess liquid or
drips immediately.
Subsequently they will be easily removable.
To make sure the blade linkage is not damaged,
do not use sharp tools for cleaning.
It is recommended to remove the circular knife for
cleaning in the event of severe soiling,
see chapter 7.1.
NOTE!
Never use sharp tools for purposes of cleaning (scraping) the knife and
knife linkage!
Incorrect fastening of the circular knife will cause the device to be
damaged.
