The circular knife is released, with the protective screen open,
by means of the 4 fastening screws (2).
The screws are released in the direction of the arrow
(anticlockwise).
To remove the round knife in an upwards direction, the
protective screen (1) must be positioned upright.
Prior to installation of the round knife, it is necessary to coat the contact surface (3) on the knife
receptacle with food quality grease.
Then tighten the screws to a suitable tightening torque of 5.5 Nm.
The fastening screws of the round knife should be replaced each time the knife is changed.
NOTE!
Incorrect fastening of the circular knife will cause the device to be
damaged.
Before releasing for operation, a trial run must be carried out in accordance with chapter 5.1
and the safety functions must be checked in accordance with chapter 2.4.
