3. THE ANALYSIS SEQUENCE
The analysis sequence describes what is taking place throughout the instrument during an analysis.
The instrument schematic, shown below, will be used to show the state of the system components
during the various phases of an analysis.
The state of a valve is indicated by the icon color.
Green = open
White = closed
(when in Manual Mode, yellow = closed)
