H6: The DC fan malfunction
HH: 10 times H6 in 2 hours
Strong wind is blowing towards the
fan, making the fan running in the wrong
direction or the fan speed is too high or
too slow

Changer the outdoor unit’s installation
direction or build a shelter to protect the
fan from strong wind

Power wires or communication wires of
fan are not connected properly

Ensure power and communication wires
are connected properly

The power supply is abnormal

The fan motor is blocked or has failed

Remove obstruction or replace the fan

Protection logic
When H6 protection occurs 10 times in 120 minutes, the HH error is displayed. When an HH error occurs, a manual system
restart is required before the system can resume operation.
Normal operation
After fan starts, fan speed < 50rpm for more than 40s
Or
Fan speed < 50rpm for 3s
After 30s, the unit restarts automatically
